Experience all the delights that the two countries of Cambodia and Vietnam have to offer during this 8-day journey that allows you to explore every side of these fascinating land. Kicking start at Siem Reap with the outstanding historic complex of Angkor temple, continues your trip to the beautiful land of Vietnam where you marvel at picturesque landscapes and the peaceful vibe of the countryside and the magnificent natural beauty of Halong Bay on a scenic cruise.
Tour Plan
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, complete passport formalities (approximately 1 hour). Meet and transfer to Halong Bay, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours. Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor and board a tender to your cruise ship, where you'll be welcomed with a drink. Enjoy lunch on board and check into your cabin. Cruise activities include visiting islands, caves, and swimming. Watch the sunset over Halong Bay and enjoy dinner on board. Overnight stay aboard the cruise in Halong Bay.
Start the day with Tai Chi or morning exercises on the sundeck, followed by breakfast on board. Enjoy activities like kayaking before brunch and checking out of the cruise. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi, arriving at your hotel around 14:30. The remainder of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Hanoi.
Ninh Binh Tour:
Begin your day at 8:30 by leaving Hanoi for Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital. Explore the ruins of Hoa Lu and learn about its historical significance. Optionally, hike up limestone karst hills for scenic views. Continue to Tam Coc, where you'll have lunch (extra cost) before a sampan ride along the Tam Coc River, often called 'Halong Bay on Land'. Return to Hanoi in the afternoon.
Hanoi City Tour:
After lunch, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology or Vietnamese Women’s Museum (depending on availability). Explore Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Mausoleum and his former residence. Visit One Pillar Pagoda and take a walking tour of Hanoi's Old Quarter, concluding with a water puppet theatre performance. Overnight stay at the hotel in Hanoi.
After breakfast, transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel in the city center. Explore Chinatown and visit an exhibition on traditional medicine. Tour historical landmarks and colonial-era monuments. Overnight stay at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Start your day at 08:30 with a drive to Cu Chi Tunnels. Learn about their historical significance and explore sections of the tunnel network. Return to the city for lunch (extra cost) and visit Reunification Hall, Old Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market. Reflect on the day’s experiences back at the hotel. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
After breakfast, transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Explore Siem Reap's pagodas and markets or relax at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Siem Reap.
Explore the temples of the Small Circuit including Ta Prohm and Banteay Kdei. Visit Angkor Thom and its landmarks like Bayon Temple, Terrace of the Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King. Enjoy sunset at Angkor Wat. Overnight stay at the hotel in Siem Reap.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to Siem Reap Angkor International Airport for your onward flight.

This is the best tour on the east coast! It was amazing how many places we visited and what great memories we made!

This was not our first time going to here. It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
